Does every male sperm or female egg have different combination of 23 chromosomes?

A human cell has 46 chromosomes. The combination of these chromosomes remains the same for an individual. But when it splits into 23 chromosomes in a sperm or egg (meiosis), there can be many different combinations...as a result each sperm and each egg will have a different chromosomal combinations. Can I say, if any other sperm from my father would have `won`, `I` would not have born or I would have been different.?
