Tips for my track meet?

To be able to sprint faster, keep yourself loose. Don't allow yourself to tighten up. Keep your arms pumping straight. Also, be consistent with your stride. To keep away the side cramps, try breathing in for 2 seconds, then out for 2 seconds, if you have a normal breathing pattern, you will allow more oxygen to get into your body.
